Springhill Cohousing Community
In 2005, a cohousing community completed the construction of 35 homes on a 2 acre piece of previously derelict land, surrounded by trees.
This case study highlights how high standards of water-sensitive landscape design, environmental quality and social engagement can be successfully achieved, to the benefit of residents, climate resilience and wildlife.
